This is a group experience where you’ll journey alongside others, each resting in your own cozy Signature Healing Cocoon hammock. You’ll have the comfort and safety of your personal space while also feeling the gentle support of moving through it together. Safety and comfort are our top priority. When the body and nervous system feel safe, the medicine of your breath takes over.

The Letting Go & Moving On Journey is for anyone who feels weighed down by the past, stuck in old stories, or ready to release what no longer serves. If you are prepared to untangle from the heaviness of yesterday and step forward with clarity and grace, this experience will guide you through a powerful and transformative release.

This potent 9D Breathwork session helps you shed outdated attachments, dissolve lingering emotions, and embrace renewal. Through conscious breath, immersive soundscapes, guided visualizations, and hypnotic affirmations, you’ll move beyond what has kept you stagnant. Your cocoon becomes a sanctuary to release the old, reclaim your clarity, and step into a fresh chapter with strength and lightness.

The Journey Details

Your journey begins the moment you book your ticket, as our higher selves and spirit teams begin weaving the energy in preparation for your arrival.

When you step into the Shimmery Alchemy studio, you enter a sanctuary intentionally created where your inner child, rebellious inner teenager, and wise, weary adult can feel safe to exhale, let down your guard, and do the inner work your soul craves.

You will be welcomed with a gentle blessing to clear and uplift the energy. Together, we will gather in circle to review the flow of the journey and set

intentions for the path ahead. You will then be guided to choose your cocoon, a hammock layered with a heated blanket, soft fur, and supportive pillows that cradle your body in comfort. During setup, your body will be gently positioned with pillows and a bolster to align your spine and airway for optimal breathing and personalized ease.

Signature Healing Cocoon

Words and even video can only capture a glimpse of what it feels like to be held in a Signature Healing Cocoon. Still, we’ve created a sample video below to give you a taste of the experience. The true magic can only be felt when you are nestled into the hammock, wrapped in warmth, and guided inward.

This is a ceremony of release, replenishment and integration. An experience unlike anything offered in the world.

As you rest comfortably in your cocoon with an eye mask drawing you inward, the journey begins with a live crystal sound bath meditation. The resonance of the bowls moves through the space, soothing your nervous system as we call in your healed ancestors and spirit team to surround you with unwavering support and protection. When the final tones fade, high-definition, no-EMF headphones are placed with care, immersing you in the 9D Breathwork experience. This multi-sensory activation carries you deeper through conscious breathing, layered sound frequencies, and guided subconscious work, opening a profound invitation for release, clarity, and renewal.

Throughout the session, intuitive healing may be offered, including Reiki, Egyptian Sekhem, tuning forks, aromatherapy, or crystals, each attuned to what your system most needs in the moment. We close once more in circle with reflective journaling, ceremonial rose tea, and optional sharing to help you ground and integrate your experience.

9D Breathwork

You will be immersed in the full 9D Breathwork experience through high-definition, no-EMF headphones that deliver a multi-dimensional somatic journey. This practice combines conscious connected breathing, layered sound frequencies, and guided subconscious work. Binaural beats, Solfeggio tones, and 432Hz healing sounds entrain the brain and body into coherence, while hypnotic affirmations, primal soundscapes, and guided visualizations support emotional release, nervous system reset, and deep integration. This is not passive listening. It is an active collaboration between breath, sound, and spirit.

What to bring and How to Prepare

Please bring a journal and pen to capture insights, a water bottle for hydration, and fresh socks as this is a no-shoes space. Wear comfortable, layered clothing that allows you to fully relax.

To support your experience, avoid alcohol, heavy meals, or recreational substances beforehand so your system remains clear and receptive.

If you are pregnant, have unmanaged cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, or other significant health considerations, please reach out before booking. This work is not a replacement for medical or psychological care, though it can serve as a powerful complement to your healing path.
