Welcome to Comfy Connections, a monthly women’s circle curated and co hosted by Stephanie Clark, Founder of Shimmery Alchemy. This trusted gathering space invites respected facilitators from our community to share their unique gifts and perspectives. Our mission is to exemplify collaboration over competition while creating a safe, supportive environment for authentic connection and nervous system ease.

This month, we are honored to welcome intuitive artist Leiah Bowden to guide this reflective and expressive experience.

The Experience

The Radiant Self Speaks is designed to help you reconnect with your inner voice and allow authentic expression to emerge in a way that feels natural and accessible.

Through gentle guidance, Leiah will support you in connecting with the wisdom of your inner perspective and translating what you sense into written expression. This process invites clarity, reflection, and insight without pressure to perform or create anything perfect.

Many participants find that when the nervous system feels supported and unhurried, meaningful words surface with greater ease. Writing becomes less about effort and more about allowing what is already present to come forward.

This experience offers both meaningful reflection in the moment and a supportive creative practice you can continue exploring long after the circle ends.

During This Experience, You Will

Leiah Bowden is an intuitive artist and author whose work supports individuals in connecting with their inner wisdom and authentic creative expression.

Her approach invites participants into a thoughtful space where insight, clarity, and meaningful reflection can arise with compassion and curiosity. Through intuitive guidance and writing exploration, she encourages trust in one’s own voice and honors creativity as a powerful pathway for self discovery.

The Comfy Connections Environment

Each Comfy Connections circle is designed for women craving genuine connection, thoughtful conversation, and a welcoming space to slow down together.

There is nothing to prepare, perform, or figure out. This space honors different perspectives, lived experiences, and modalities. Your open mind and open heart are welcome here.

Shimmery Alchemy Studio Experience

Shimmery Alchemy is a cozy, shoe free environment designed to support comfort, cleanliness, and nervous system ease. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with Palo Santo energetic clearing and gifted a fresh new pair of cozy socks to wear and take home.

This inviting studio is designed to help you gently lay down the mask, simply be, and connect in nourishing conversation within a supportive circle of women.

Please consider wearing easy on and off shoes.

Doors open at 5:45 PM for Welcome Socks and Palo Santo Smudging. Circle begins at 6:00 PM

Look for our large red front doors

Metered parking in front of the studio, free after 6pm. Free on surrounding streets.

What to Wear, Bring, and Consider

• Wear comfortable clean, layered, clothing you can lounge in.

• Shimmery Alchemy is a shoe-free studio. You will be gifted a new pair of socks upon arrival. Please consider wearing easy on/off shoes.

• Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

• Bring your journal if desired.

• Please note: Food will not be served during this 90 minute restorative gathering. Consider eating a little something before you arrive; having a rumbling tummy can be uncomfortable.
