Grandmothers Circle - Gentle Guided Meditation, Sound and Energy Healing

Some are called Grandmother. Some Nana. Some Gigi. Some Grams, as I called mine. The name may change, but the heart of the role is the same. It is a place of lineage, care, and lived wisdom. Women who hold this role carry a presence that shapes families and communities in ways that often go unseen but never unfelt.

This special Grandmothers Circle gathering is created in reverence for women in this season of life and offered as a calm, restorative space for energy healing, reflection, and connection with other grandmothers.

This first gathering includes

Gentle guided meditation delivered through state of the art headphones

Sound healing

Energy healing

Cozy blankets and a relaxed studio setting

Small group community experience

This session is offered at an exclusive Grandmothers Circle rate of 55 dollars in reverence for the role you hold.

Following this initial gathering, a monthly Grandmothers Circle will be offered for ongoing community, connection, shared stories, and conversation. These monthly circles are 27 dollars to help cover studio rental.
