A Grounding + Meditation Experience

Welcome to Comfy Connections, a monthly women’s circle hosted by Stephanie Clark, Founder of Shimmery Alchemy. Each gathering is designed for women craving genuine connection, thoughtful conversation, nervous system regulation, and a welcoming space to slow down together.

This month’s Comfy Connections is a featured experience led by our dynamic guest teacher Mayra Hernandez.

Serenity Within invites you to step away from the chaos and into stillness. This gathering is for women seeking peace of mind and a supportive space to slow down together through the practice of meditation.

During this experience, you will be guided through:

• Grounding techniques to support presence and stability

• Breathwork to release tension and invite calm

• Guided meditation to connect with your inner landscape

• Gentle stretching to ease into relaxation

•  Sound healing to gently close our time together

  
  

As with all Comfy Connections gatherings, there is nothing to prepare or perform. You do not need to have anything figured out. Open minds and open hearts are welcome here. This space honors different perspectives, lived experiences, and points of view.

All levels are welcome. Whether meditation is new to you or already part of your life, this experience is designed to meet you exactly where you are.

You will leave feeling peaceful, grounded, and more connected to yourself.

Doors open at 5:45 PM for Welcome Socks and Palo Santo Smudging. Event begins at 6:00 PM

Metered parking in front of the studio, free after 6pm. Free on surrounding streets.

What to Wear, Bring, and Consider

• Wear comfortable, layered, clothing you can lounge in.

• Shimmery Alchemy is a shoe-free studio. You will be gifted a new pair of socks upon arrival. Please consider wearing easy on/off shoes.

• Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

• Bring your journal if desired.

• Please note: Food will not be served during this 90 minute restorative gathering. Consider eating a little something before you arrive; having a rumbling tummy can be uncomfortable.
