The Healing Experience

This immersive journey integrates 9D Breathwork, live crystal sound immersion, intuitive energy work, and attuned guidance within a confidential, fully supported environment. Each element works directly with the nervous system, allowing stored tension and protective patterns to release safely and naturally.

We begin seated comfortably for meaningful conversation and intuitive guidance. This allows your system to settle and ensures your experience is attuned to what is ready to release, receive, and restore.

You are then guided to your cocoon hammock or healing mattress, prepared with supportive pillows, fur blankets, and intentional warmth so your body can be fully held.

Live crystal sound begins the regulation process, softening mental activity and inviting your body into deeper surrender.

You are then guided into a 9D Breathwork journey through immersive spatial audio using high quality, non EMF headphones. This multi dimensional experience blends conscious breathwork, therapeutic frequencies, binaural beats, subliminal vocal guidance, and 3D soundscapes designed to regulate the nervous system and access the subconscious.

Throughout your journey, and always with consent, I work gently within your energetic field using Reiki and/or Sekhem energy to support balance, release, and integration beyond the conscious mind.

Afterward, time is held for integration, journaling, supportive conversation, and warm rose tea so your nervous system can fully absorb the work.

What to Wear, Bring, and Parking

• Comfortable, freshly laundered layered clothing

Everything else is provided. No prior experience is needed. Your emotional, spiritual, and physical safety are always the highest priority. We review any contraindications together before your session.

Metered parking is available in front of the studio at $1.50 per hour. Free street parking is available nearby.
