This private session is designed to help you release pressure, regain clarity, and reconnect with yourself. Many of the people who come here are the ones others depend on. The capable ones. The steady ones. The ones who carry responsibility well. From the outside, they appear strong and composed. On the inside, their nervous system has been holding more than most people realize. Over time, the pressure to perform their role, identity, or persona becomes constant. Always composed. Always capable. Always the one others rely on. Eventually the body begins asking for somewhere to lay the burden down. This is that place. Shimmery Alchemy is a private sanctuary devoted entirely to your well being and nervous system support. A space where you can safely remove the mask, release the pressure to perform, and simply be human. You are welcome exactly as you are. You do not need to be calm, spiritual, emotionally organized, or ready. You may arrive tired, overwhelmed, guarded, curious, hopeful, or carrying more than you know how to explain. All of you is welcome here. During this private session, nothing is required of you. No performing. No fixing yourself. No holding everything together. Just space to breathe, soften, and allow your system to release what it no longer needs to carry. A Custom Experience Designed Around You Each session is thoughtfully customized based on what your body and nervous system are ready for that day. We begin with a brief intake conversation where you can share what is present for you. From there, the session unfolds intuitively and may include a blend of: • Live crystal sound immersion • Intuitive energy work and energetic recalibration (Reiki, Sekhem, Lemurian energy) • Guided meditation and nervous system regulation • Attuned guidance and supportive conversation • Aromatherapy for relaxation • Integration time to ground the experience Optional Add On: Enhance your integration time with a warm fresh cut organic rosemary foot soak while relaxing in a reclining chair with supportive pillows and a soft fur blanket. As your feet soak, we ground the experience together and you may receive additional intuitive guidance. Nothing is forced. Your nervous system leads the process. Clients often leave feeling emotionally lighter, mentally clearer, deeply grounded, and able to take a fuller breath. Sometimes the greatest shift happens when your system finally has a safe place to lay down what it has been carrying alone.
